Eliminating "Mold Anxiety" for Ninh Binh Craft Villages

Ninh Binh is not only famous for the Trang An landscape but also as the cradle of exquisite handicraft products (seagrass, water hyacinth, rattan, and bamboo) reaching the world. However, the characteristic humid climate of the North is always a difficult problem for exporters: How to dry goods quickly, maintain beautiful colors, and most importantly, prevent mold re-infection during storage?

Recently, DeAir was honored to be trusted by a large enterprise in Ninh Binh to provide a comprehensive humidity control solution. The project includes installing Daxwell Heat Pump Dryers for the drying room and DeAir.RE-H Heat-Resistant Dehumidifiers for the preservation warehouse.

1. Phase 1: "True Color" Drying with Daxwell Heat-Pump

For handicrafts, retaining natural color (the green of bamboo, the pale yellow of seagrass) is the decisive factor for order value. Traditional high-temperature drying methods (coal ovens, electric resistance) often cause raw materials to become dull or brittle.

In this project, DeAir installed the Daxwell Heat-pump dryer line. Heat pump technology helps separate moisture at low temperatures (from 40°C - 55°C), ensuring water is withdrawn gradually but thoroughly, maintaining the flexibility and bright, beautiful color of the product.

2. Phase 2: Preservation & Anti-Moisture Reabsorption with DeAir.RE-H

Drying is not the end. The storage process while waiting for container loading is the most "sensitive" time, when moisture from the environment easily penetrates back (moisture reabsorption phenomenon), causing mold.

The client invested in building a Preservation Warehouse and using the DeAir.RE-H heat-resistant dehumidifier line.

3. Construction & Actual Acceptance Images

The DeAir Technical Service team directly transported, installed, and provided operation instructions for the customer in Ninh Binh.

The combination of Heat-pump Drying and Heat-resistant Preservation is currently the most advanced rattan and bamboo drying solution, helping businesses be completely proactive regardless of weather conditions.
