1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
✅ Covered Defects: Free warranty for defects caused by materials, components, or manufacturing faults.
✅ Warranty Period: 24 MONTHS (calculated from the date of delivery).
✅ Requirement: Valid proof of purchase or warranty documents must be provided.
2. WARRANTY SCOPE
🔹 DeAir covers all costs related to repair or replacement of defective parts.
🔹 Includes: 100% Cost of Components + Labor fees.
🔹 Geographical Scope: Within the territory of Vietnam.
🔹 Commitment to fast processing via a professional software system.
3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
❌ Damage caused by transportation, accidents, dropping, or external impacts.
❌ Damage due to natural disasters (flood, fire, lightning).
❌ Damage due to direct sunlight exposure or corrosive environments (without proper protection).
❌ Use of incorrect power source or unstable voltage not matching specifications.
❌ Unauthorized repair, modification, or replacement by third parties.
❌ Tampering with structural components (fuses, power cords, etc.).
❌ Damage due to lack of periodic cleaning/maintenance.
❌ Natural wear and tear during usage.
4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

2️⃣ Step 2: Provide product status details and Proof of Purchase.
3️⃣ Step 3: DeAir will inspect and notify you of the resolution plan as soon as possible.
